This Mishnah tells us that if someone makes a mistake in their prayer it is a bad sign (i.e. that their prayer might not have been accepted in Heaven).

הַמִּתְפַּלֵּל וְטָעָה,

סִימָן רַע לוֹ.


וְאִם שְׁלִיחַ צִבּוּר הוּא,

סִימָן רַע לְשׁוֹלְחָיו,

מִפְּנֵי

שֶׁשְּׁלוּחוֹ שֶׁל אָדָם כְּמוֹתוֹ:
