The picture below is from a stone found in ancient Assyria (Ashur) - it is called "The Black Obelisk of Shalmaneser III". According to the inscription the picture shows Yehu a Jewish king paying tribute to King Shalmaneser of Assyria. What do you learn from this picture of Yehu (or perhaps his ambassador) about the Jews of that time? Perhaps you can do some research to find out if Yehu was considered a good king or bad king for the Jewish people. (Read Melachim II Chapters 9-10).
