This Mishnah discusses the blessings made before and after reciting the Shema.

בַּשַּׁחַר

מְבָרֵךְ שְׁתַּיִם לְפָנֶיהָ

וְאַחַת לְאַחֲרֶיהָ,


וּבָעֶרֶב

שְׁתַּיִם לְפָנֶיהָ

וּשְׁתַּיִם לְאַחֲרֶיהָ.


אַחַת אֲרֻכָּה

וְאַחַת קְצָרָה.
