This Mishnah discusses when a group of people who ate together can divide into separate groups.

שְׁלשָׁה שֶׁאָכְלוּ כְאֶחָד,

אֵינָן רַשָּׁאִין לֵחָלֵק

וְכֵן אַרְבָּעָה,

וְכֵן חֲמִשָּׁה.


שִׁשָּׁה נֶחֱלָקִין,

עַד עֲשָׂרָה.


וַעֲשָׂרָה אֵינָן נֶחֱלָקִין,

עַד שֶׁיִּהְיוּ עֶשְׂרִים:
